ORIGINALITY & DESIGN INTEGRITY
Every EGO SUM Style piece is intentionally designed and hand-assembled, rooted in meaning, faith, and identity.
We take great care to ensure that each design reflects the spirit of our brand — timeless, symbolic, and personal. Our charm selections and combinations are thoughtfully curated, with many sourced from reputable artisans and suppliers, including select regions throughout Europe and North America.
We do not replicate or reproduce designs from other makers. All concepts, combinations, and finished pieces remain the intellectual property of EGO SUM Style.
QUALITY & CRAFTSMENSHIP
Each piece undergoes a detailed in-house quality assurance process, including:

Final durability checks prior to packaging
Our pieces are made using high-quality materials, including gemstones, and highly polished stainless steel with premium 10–18K gold plating. While designed for longevity, all items should be handled with care as delicate keepsakes.
ORDER PROCESSING & TIMELINES
Custom orders typically require 2–10 business days depending on complexity and volume.
During peak periods or launches, timelines may be extended slightly. You will be notified once your order enters production and again once it has shipped.
If you require your order by a specific date, it is your responsibility to notify us at the time of purchase.
Rush orders (under 7 business days) may be accommodated for an additional $45 fee, subject to availability.

Orders will not enter production until full payment (or deposit, where applicable) has been received and confirmed.
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer shipping across Canada, as well as local pick-up within the Greater Toronto Area (Mississauga & Georgetown).
All orders are shipped through trusted carriers with tracking where available.
Once your order has been shipped:

EGO SUM Style is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or technical issues

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages, including those marked as delivered

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been processed
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery issue, the customer is responsible for all re-shipping costs.
PRE-ORDERS
Select items may be offered as pre-orders due to demand. While we aim to fulfill these as quickly as possible, timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our pieces:

No refunds or exchanges will be issued once an order is confirmed

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been made
Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order.
REPAIRS
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our work. However, once a piece leaves our care, we are not responsible for damage caused by wear, handling, or environmental exposure.
Repair services are available at set rates, including:

Charm reattachments: starting at $10

Photo resealing or replacements: starting at $15

Pin replacement: starting at $25

Full restorations: quoted based on assessment

Shipping fees incurred will be the customer's responsibility
As original makers, we can accurately determine the cause of damage and assess each repair with care and integrity.
PRODUCT CARE
Each EGO SUM Style piece is thoughtfully handcrafted using high-quality materials and designed to be worn and cherished with intention. Proper care will help preserve both its beauty and meaning over time.
To avoid damage:

Avoid exposure to water, moisture, lotions, perfumes, and chemicals

Do not use jewelry cleaners or cleaning solutions

Do not pull, bend, or manipulate charms or bonded components

Avoid impact, pressure, or excessive movement that may strain the piece

Do not place photo elements on wet or damp surfaces
To preserve your piece:

Store in its original box/pouch when not in use

Handle gently and with care

Keep away from humid environments and direct exposure to elements
For your safety and the longevity of your piece:

Do not leave children unattended with any EGO SUM Style items, as small components may pose a choking hazard

Our pieces are not intended for use by young children without adult supervision
Once your item has been delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper care and handling. EGO SUM Style is not liable for damage, loss, theft, or accidents that may occur after delivery.
PRICING POLICY
Our pricing reflects the quality of materials, craftsmanship, and sourcing. Prices are non-negotiable and may change at any time due to supplier costs, import fees, or market conditions.
PROMOTIONS
Promotional codes apply to order subtotals only. Taxes and shipping are excluded unless otherwise stated.
Gift-with-purchase promotions are based on subtotal thresholds and are subject to availability.
